Born on Saturday 18th November 1995 in Kathmandu, as daughter of successful model Mahesh Bikram Shah and singer Neha Rajya Laxmi Shah, Samragyee RL Shah is one of the most promising Nepali model actresses.

Her father Mahesh Bikram has been running his hospitality business in Birgunj whereas her mother Neha Shah is well-known for her song "Mero Manko".
