Her father Mahesh Bikram has been running his hospitality business in Birgunj whereas her mother Neha Shah is well-known for her song "Mero Manko".
Samragyee has finished her school study from Royal Academy of India and now pursuing her diploma second year in Social Sciences.
She has started her modeling career as early as 19 years old and became second runner up of "Face Classic Diamonds Jewelry Competition 2014".
She has been featured in various magazines as cover girl and also featured in several music videos including "Ek Mauka" in 2016 which earned wide popularity.
Samragyee came into limelight after her debut role as an actress opposite to rising star Anmol KC in Nepali Movie "Dreams", a directorial debut of evergreen superstar Bhuwan KC which became a blockbuster in 2016.
She was selected through audition among many talents for the movie Dreams however She says modeling is easier than acting.
Samragyee likes swimming, traveling with family, volleyball, dancing, singing, hiking and watching fashion TV channels but she is not a fond of partying.
Recently she has signed her second movie "Ye Mero Hajur" which will be directed by successful actress Jharna Thapa and produced by well known producer Sunil Kumar Thapa.It is heard that Samragyee will be paid a handsome amount for the movie which is far more than the normal rates in Nepali movies.
